- Items purchased from soultreeapparel.com are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 20 days of delivery to the address on the label.
- Some items that have been discounted and marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Returns received after 20 days will not be accepted. For example, if your package was delivered to the shipping address shown on the shipping label on May 1, 2023, Soultree Apparel would have to receive the return by May 21, 2023, and
For all returns or exchanges, the following criteria MUST be met:
- All tags must be attached
- No stains
- No rips or holes
- No signs of wear and tear
- No marks
- No smells such as perfumes or other scents
- No animal or human hair
- No signs of having been worn
- All accessories must be included such as belts, etc.
- NO COD(Cash/Check on Delivery)packages will be accepted
- The customer is responsible for return shipping
- Your item must be in original resale condition
Be mindful of any type of acne medication, body sprays, body oils and lotions you may be using as it has been known to cause unexplained bleach marks on clothes. In addition, some laundry detergents have bleach in it so please check your detergent prior to wash or bleach residue from previous washes.
PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
- Failure to comply with the above criteria could result in the return being declined and returned to the customer without credit.
- If for any reason, the return is rejected, a follow-up call and email will take place to advise the return is declined and the return will be sent back to the shipping address for the original order. You may also be charged additional processing fees for declined returns.
